The NEURA NDA Nano thermal heat pump is the little brother of our NDA thermal heat pump. Even the Nano variant does not require digging up your garden, just a small space for its installation. The equipment of NEURA in the Nano variant is installed in a small and compact housing, outside in the garden.

You need no technical room. Thanks to the warm gas defrosting function integrated into the thermal heat pump, hassle-free operation is guaranteed down to -20 °C. You can use this reliable source of heat around the clock, 365 days of the year.

The smart all-round specialist

The NEURA control unit is just as smart as the technology of the thermal heat pump itself. A small example: thanks to the dew removal function one can guarantee reliable operation even in the winter at outside temperatures of -20 °C. And all this is fully automatic you do not notice anything.

Evaporator

The air is sucked in by the condenser. The warmth taken from the air is transferred to the cooling medium, which then evaporates.

Cooling medium piping

This is the connection between the evaporator and the thermal heat pump, through which the cooling medium runs to the heat pump as vapour.

Thermal heat pump

The cooling medium is compressed, thus 'pumped' up to a higher temperature level. The condenser transfers the warmth collected in the cooling medium to the heating system circulation water.

TRS Room adjustment unit

The room adjustment unit reports the heat requirements to the heat pump.

Heating circuit distribution unit

The individual heating circuits are arranged in such a way so that each room reaches the temperature required by the operator.

Floor heating

The heat taken from the air is dispersed through the floor to the individual rooms.

Unnoticeably quiet in Silent Mode

In the silent mode, the performance of the fan integrated into the evaporator is adjusted steplessly between 70% and 100% of its power. Thanks to this, the noise generation is reduced greatly in comparison to other heat pumps.

Generously sized evaporator

Thanks to the generously sized evaporator and the high-performance fan, the efficiency of the air thermal heat pump is greatly increased. Furthermore, the generated noise is again reduced.

Plug & Heat® - Just connect and start heating

The equipment of the NEURA NDA® NANO thermal heat pump is packed into a slender and compact unit. The heat pump is filled with the cooling medium and tested at the factory. Thanks to this the only work required on site is to connect it to the heating system. There is no need for the usual personnel evacuation, filling and soldering work at the site.

What does the COP value or the performance coefficient tell us?

COP stands for Coefficient of Performance. A COP informs of the effectiveness of a thermal heat pump. The higher the COP, the more energy may be produced from 1 kW of electric power. The COP is sometimes called the performance coefficient.

 

Example: In the case of a COP of 5 one can get 5 kW of heating power from 1 kW of electric power used.

What is the silent mode?

In silent mode the performance of the fan integrated into the evaporator is adjusted steplessly between 70% and 100%. Thanks to this much less noise is generated.

What is defrosting by heated gas?

Because the evaporator can gather ice in the winter, the circulation is simply reversed, and hot cooling medium is pumped into the evaporator. Thanks to this the ice is removed quickly and effectively from the evaporator, always guaranteeing efficient operation.

Do I need a technical room for this thermal heat pump?

Because the NEURA NDA® NANO is a small unit, and because it is installed outside, there is no need for a technical room.

What are the available modes of operation?

Monovalent: The thermal heat pump is planned so that it can cover the entire heating requirements of the house.

 

Bivalent, alternative: The thermal heat pump operates to a specific outside temperature, and afterwards switches off. The required remaining heat is then generated from an additional source (electric heating element, wood-burning boiler, etc.)

 

Bivalent, parallel: The thermal heat pump operates to a specific outside temperature alone, and afterwards switches an additional heat source on, in order to cover the entire requirements of the house or building.
