Our service technicians and partners are trained on NEURA heat pumps, and know it all: all the technology and divergences from norms during operation. They know how to correct pump operation remotely (i. e. via WEB DIALOG®) or if required - on site.
In a warranty case, the NEURA 10-Year PREMIUM Warranty covers spare parts (terms and conditions apply). You receive the warranty certificate along with the commissioning report.
