The heat pump always well in hand – with WEBDIALOG® by NEURA

Intelligent technology and the highest quality– this is what the NEURA AG has stood for – with headquarters in Regau (Austria) – for more than 30 years.

In order to reinforce these facts, NEURA introduces the tool WEBDIALOG®, which creates tremendous advantages for both the end customer and the heat pump installer.

Regardless of whether at home or on holiday – it is possible to control the heat pump via the WEBDIALOG® tool using the laptop or the Smartphone from any place in the world.

You can request a report of the heating costs simply at the touch of a button. This way you always have an overview about the current heating costs and comparative values of previous years.

Another advantage is that the heat pump automatically becomes connected with a NEURA AG technician or a certified NEURA partner upon any deviation from normal operation and the malfunction can be corrected remotely.

fifth heat pump that we manufacture today is supposed to be delivered to France.“ Distribution is taken over by a local partner. The strong state character is significant for the French heat pump market. On the one hand the influence is shown in the form of funding, on the other hand by necessary quality and efficiency certificates. The international ISO certification that NEURA has received early in March is the prerequisite for the French state accreditation.
