Your professional advisor and installation specialist needs to just transfer the completed warranty card to NEURA after the system completes a start-up. The warranty begins on the delivery date of your heat pump.

The share of the costs assumed depends on the age of the heat pump:

70 % of the cost of parts during the 4th year of service
60 % of the cost of parts during the 5th year of service
50 % of the cost of parts during the 6th year of service
40 % of the cost of parts during the 7th year of service 

30 % of the cost of parts during the 8th year of service
20 % of the cost of parts during the 9th year of service
10 % of the cost of parts during the 10th year of service
There is no cost-sharing from the 11th year of service.
